Osahon is the Group CEO of ACG. Prior to setting up the firm, he served as Project Director at Delotu Investment (now Arithmetic Contracting) where he was responsible for setting up and driving the company’s sales and digital transformation business in Nigeria.

Before joining Delotu Investment, Osahon served as a Project Manager in IBFCAgusto Training Limited (now IBFCAlliance) where he oversaw project execution. He began his career at Oando Plc as an IT Officer and was involved in solving IT solutions within the organization.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin and later attended Nottingham University Business School, UK where in earned an MBA (Entrepreneurship).
Efeomo is the Managing Partner of Palmer and Partners.
She is a transactional lawyer with over 17 years track record of corporate and commercial practice as well as developed competencies in compliance, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, corporate advisory and private equity, due diligence and stakeholder engagement.
She was the Legal Consultant to the defunct Enterprise Bank Limited after the successful acquisition by Heritage Bank Plc. She was a key member of the Legal Advisory Team that advised on the merger between Enterprise Bank Limited, Heritage Banking Company Limited and Heritage Bank Limited.
She has advised on several deals over the years which include acting as Transaction Adviser to an emerging cargo company to assist with identifying funders to secure funding to the tune of $21,000,000.00 (twenty-One Million US Dollars).
She started her legal career with George Etomi and Partners as an Associate and rose to become a Partner. She holds a Bachelor of Law’s degree from Ambrose Alli University. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the NBA section on Business Law.
